1. Who we are
Camino Stone Living (“CSL,” “we,” “us”) operates a housing placement registry that connects referral agencies, hospitals, case managers, veteran and behavioral-health organizations, and individuals with Independent Living Facilities (“Facilities”). CSL coordinates every placement. We do not provide housing, medical, clinical, or case-management services, and we do not store protected health information.
2. How placements work
All connections between clients, referral sources, and Facilities are coordinated through Camino Stone Living. Facility contact details are not published in the directory. To connect with a Facility, submit a placement request and our team manages the introduction, matching, and placement. Facilities decide admissions based on their own eligibility criteria, availability, and requirements.
3. Non-circumvention
Camino Stone Living invests in sourcing referrals, vetting Facilities, and coordinating placements. In consideration of access to the CSL directory and network, all users — including Facilities, referral agencies, case managers, and clients — agree not to bypass, circumvent, or attempt to circumvent Camino Stone Living in order to arrange a placement, solicit a referral relationship, or avoid applicable membership or placement fees. Specifically, users agree not to:
- use the directory or any CSL-provided information to contact a Facility or referral source directly for the purpose of arranging a placement outside of CSL;
- solicit, divert, or transact with any Facility, agency, or client first introduced through CSL in a way that avoids CSL’s fees; or
- share, resell, scrape, or republish directory data with third parties.
This obligation applies during your use of the platform and for twelve (12) months after any introduction facilitated by CSL. A placement involving a Facility, agency, or client first introduced through CSL is presumed to be attributable to CSL and subject to the applicable fee. Violation may result in immediate suspension of access and recovery of fees that would otherwise have been owed.
4. Fees
Facilities may list for free with limited visibility, or upgrade to a paid membership for full visibility and the ability to request referrals. Placement fees apply when CSL places a client with a Facility. Individuals are never charged. Fee amounts are disclosed before a Facility submits a referral request.
Voucher & government-funded placements. When a placement is funded by a housing voucher or a government or other assistance program, Camino Stone Living's standard rules, fees, and process apply for placements with participating Facilities. For such placements the success fee is contingent on the program's payout at placement, and program-specific fees may apply per the current fee schedule. Camino Stone Living may reduce or waive fees at its discretion to accommodate program funding limits.
Fees are earned and non-refundable
All Camino Stone Living fees are earned upon their triggering event and are non-refundable. A referral-access fee is earned when a Facility accepts a referral. A placement (success) fee is earned when the referred individual moves in, and remains fully payable and non-refundable once earned — including if the individual later departs, for any reason and regardless of length of stay. Camino Stone Living does not issue refunds or credits for any fee once earned.
Non-arrival or change of mind. Camino Stone Living sources, screens, and coordinates qualified referrals; it does not control an individual's personal decisions. If a Facility accepts a referral and the individual then declines, delays, or fails to move in, the referral-access fee remains fully earned and payable, because Camino Stone Living has already performed its sourcing, screening, and coordination services. Any member benefit that would otherwise waive that fee applies only to completed placements.
By accepting a referral, a Facility confirms it has reviewed and agreed to the applicable fees, which are disclosed on-screen before acceptance. Fees are billed by invoice and are due on the terms stated at billing.
5. Acceptable use & accuracy
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform only for lawful housing placement purposes. CSL does not guarantee availability, eligibility, or the suitability of any Facility, and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of Facilities, agencies, or clients.
